the staff was consistently helpful and friendly. i particularly appreciated the delicious and varied breakfast. the hotel provided a convenient takeaway breakfast when i had an early departure (that was nice). i found my room spacious, with a very comfortable bed.

unfriendly staff food quality

My experience included some drawbacks. Some staff members were unfriendly. I was charged for water from the fridge, despite the high cost of the stay. The food quality was inconsistent. I will not return to this hotel.

The room I received was not up to par. Dust was present in every corner of the room. only one roll of toilet paper was provided for the entire stay, a definite inconvenience.
